IT Flexpoint is looking for 3 freelance Level 1 Network Support Engineers for support at a client in Antwerp.
The assignment is specifically focused on network support, network troubleshooting and basic configuration. This is not a general workplace or service desk role.
Tasks
- First-line troubleshooting of network issues
- Analysing connectivity problems
- Performing basic network configuration
- Monitoring and following up on network incidents
- Onsite support for network issues
- Recording and documenting network interventions
- Escalating more complex network issues to L2/L3
- Carrying out interventions according to the client's procedures
Profile
- Experience with network support or network operations
- Good knowledge of network fundamentals
- Practical experience with network troubleshooting
- Experience with basic network configuration
- Ability to independently analyse network issues
- Willing to perform onsite interventions
- Available as a freelancer
- Sufficient flexibility to guarantee availability for interventions
