  • Delivery and installation of hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals, networking equipment) is done via separate and quotes.
  • Escalation and response times vary by package; check the package details on the page for exact SLAs and included hours.
    • On-site interventions when physical intervention is needed:

        • Minimum intervention: 1 hour

        • The support hours can be used for this.

      • Call-out costs: € 75 / hour

      • Mileage reimbursement: €1 / km

    • Hours cannot be carried over to the next month.
