We are looking for talented freelance IT engineers to strengthen our team. As IT support, you help us deliver high-quality IT services to clients in Leuven, Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, and Hasselt.

What?
You provide technical support to clients, solve problems both on-site and remotely, and ensure the smooth operation of all IT facilities. Additionally, you play a crucial role in data recovery, sales and rental of IT equipment, and provide IT consultancy and level 1 - 3 support.

- Translate the needs of the client into a solution
- Achieve monthly objectives
- Follow up on client requests
- Communication with clients
- Manage your client portfolio
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or through experience
- Experience in installing and maintaining IT systems and networks
- Knowledge of audio and visual installations is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work at different locations
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented
- Driving licence and a personal car
